Your privacy, in plain language.
This notice describes the current pre-launch TripNectar website. It will be updated before accounts, analytics, supplier referrals or booking-related features are introduced.
Who is responsible.
Multitouch Displays Ltd, company number 09722659, is the operator and controller for personal information handled through this website and its enquiries. Our registered office is 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. Contact contact@tripnectar.com for privacy questions or requests.
Website visits.
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as an IP address, request path, time, browser information and diagnostic or security logs. We use hosting services to operate a reliable website and protect against misuse, on the basis of our legitimate interests.
The current public website has no accounts, payments, booking forms, advertising trackers or optional analytics. Photographs and fonts are served through our website. We do not use local storage to create public saved collections or itineraries in this pre-launch version.
Email enquiries.
If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include. We use it to respond to your enquiry and keep appropriate business records, based on our legitimate interests in handling correspondence. Our email service provider processes messages on our behalf. Please do not include sensitive documents or payment details.
Cookies and browser features.
We do not set optional analytics or advertising cookies in this version. Browser and hosting mechanisms necessary to load and secure the site may still operate. If we introduce optional tracking, we will update this notice and obtain consent where required before it is enabled.
Sharing, location and retention.
We use hosting and email service providers to deliver these services; we do not sell visitor information. Providers may process data outside the UK. Applicable transfer arrangements and safeguards depend on the provider and service; contact us for details relevant to your enquiry.
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond and for legitimate business or legal record-keeping purposes. Technical log retention depends on the hosting service and its settings. You can contact us to ask about retention or deletion of information relating to you.
Your rights.
Where UK data-protection law applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing in applicable circumstances. Contact us to exercise your rights. You can also raise concerns with the Information Commissioner's Office.
Future supplier links.
No affiliate tracking or booking-referral integration is active today. Before introducing one, we will explain the relevant provider, tracking, disclosure and data handling. A supplier's own privacy notice will apply when you use its website.
